The algorithm uses the concept of multi-group to solve the multi-objective normalization problem in the optimization process, and improves the optimization speed. The variable weight factor in the algorithm makes it convenient for the planning staff to add the emphasis tendency of decision-making into the optimization process, so as to better meet the actual needs .
