Социальный статус пациентов и их удовлетворенность оказанием медицинской помощи в частной стоматологической клинике

We carried out the anonymous questionnaire among 400 people to make the social portrait of «Stomatologiya» patients. The results are: the most frequent patient is a woman in the average and of 39, with high or secondary special education working as employer or in industrial sphere, married and with one or two children. Most of the examined people have good living conditions and the average income for each member of family is about 4540 rubles per month.The article also gives results of social tests dedicated to people's satisfaction of medical help in «Stomatologiya», which is (according to the questionnaire) rather high.
