A two-drum winder and a reducer are mounted on a deck and at the front of the vessel body. An engine is mounted in a forecabin. When the components are controlled through a console disposed on the rear deck, the vessel body slides on a water chestnut planting land with water depth smaller than 200mm. Collecting spikes on the collecting roller liquefy the soil under driving of a vibrating device, liquefied soil leaks out from gaps among collecting spikes, corms of water chestnut are accumulated on the collecting spikes and brought out of the water along with rotation of the collecting roller, and the water chestnuts are transferred to a transition cabin from the collecting roller through a separating lattice, and collecting the water chestnuts is achieved.
