The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of coaching leadership of multicultural family support center leader on job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior through empirical analysis. For this purpose, 307 questionnaires were collected from the members of multicultural family support centers nationwide and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural model equations. As results, first, coaching leadership showed a statistically significant positive relationship with job autonomy. Second, coaching leadership showed positive (+) relationship with citizenship consciousness and sportsmanship among sub-constituents of organizational citizenship behavior, but did not show significant relationship with equitable conscientiousness and altruism. Third, job autonomy has a statistically significant positive relationship with civic consciousness, sportsmanship, and conscience among sub-constituents of organizational citizenship behavior. However, there was no statistically significant relationship between courtesy and altruism. Fourth, job autonomy showed partial mediation in civic consciousness and sportsmanship among sub - constituent factors of coaching leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and showed complete mediation in consciousness, but did not mediate in courtesy and altruism. This study was used first empirical analysis of the multicultural family support center on coaching leadership and job autonomy. Based on the results of the analysis, it was confirmed that coaching leadership of the head of the multicultural family support center is an important factor that directly or indirectly influences the job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior of the members. Therefore, the significance of this study lies on the fact that coaching leadership of the director of multicultural family support center should be exercised in order to enhance the job autonomy of the members.
