Method for representing roughness of silkworm cocoon by measuring stroke lengths

The invention discloses a method for representing the roughness of a silkworm cocoon by measuring stroke lengths. The method includes the steps that the two sides in the length direction of the silkworm cocoon are clamped by a clamp, and the silkworm cocoon is horizontally placed; the stroke length of the outline of an expansion part of the silkworm cocoon is measured through a roughmeter; then, repeated measurement is conducted by surrounding the long axis of the silkworm cocoon by a uniformly-spaced rotation angle; the average value of the stroke lengths is calculated through measuring results, and thus the roughness of the silkworm cocoon can be represented. The method is simple, convenient and efficient to operate and high in implementation rate and automation level, the method can be applied to silkworm cocoon quality detection fundamental research and production field detection, and therefore a new path is provided for the silkworm cocoon quality detection technology.
