The invention discloses a device for testing the drilling performance of a drilling tool for sampling a deep layer of a planet, relating to a device for testing the drilling performance of the drilling tool and solving the problems that the existing test device for the drilling performance of the drilling tool for sampling the deep layer of the planet can not realize a sampling function of the deep layer of a simulated planet, and can not complete deep soil drilling parameters and mechanical power structural research under a soil environment of the simulated planet, and the formulating range of a drilling procedure is limited by function comprehensiveness. A simulation planet soil barrel is arranged below an angle-adjustable moving frame, the angle-adjustable moving frame is connected with a test stand by a drilling angle adjusting mechanism, two linear guide rails are arranged on the angle-adjustable moving frame in parallel, and a moving platform is in sliding connection with the angle-adjustable moving frame by two straight lines. In the invention, the device is used for testing the drilling performance of the drilling tool for sampling the deep layer of the planet.
