Composite preparing coated controlled release fertilizer and water based polymer-modified carbon nanotubes, the fertilizer core particles coated with the composition, the curing envelope is formed by coating an emulsion, the emulsion coating dry weight accounted fertilizer core 10% by weight of the particles; wherein the carbon nanotube is coated using the emulsion / water emulsion polyacrylate nanocomposite; raw material of the emulsion, the soft monomer of butyl acrylate: methyl methacrylate hard monomer: functional single α- body methacrylic acid 110: 90: 3.5; mass ratio of initiator to the emulsion 1:10; emulsifier to the emulsion mass ratio of 2: 1: 125. The present invention changes the mechanical properties of the original emulsion, while improving the strength of the membrane, the ductility and mechanical properties, also enables enhanced membrane deformability, improving the lack of membrane, such that nutrient release rate slowed down considerably, to improve the the utilization of fertilizer nutrients.
