The invention relates to the field of power communication construction, and in particular relates to a safety cable peeling knife, comprising a shell, a knife tool and a cable clamper, wherein the shell is of hollow structure, and a handle is formed at the outer part of the shell; the knife tool is movably clamped into a sliding chute in the shell, the head end of the knife tool is exposed out of one end of the shell, a regulating screw is connected with the tail end of the knife tool, the adjusting screw is arranged at the other end of the shell and movably connected with the shell, and the knife edge of the knife tool is regulated by the regulating screw; the end part of the cable clamper is of diamond semi-closed structure, the cable clamper is provided with a cross bar parallel to the shell, a spring is connected with the cross bar and fixed in the shell, and the end part of the cable clamper encircles one end of the shell. The safety cable peeling knife is used for the cable peeling operation, and can quickly peel the cable safely and fitly without damaging the cable core, thus the problem that the cable is difficult to peel is solved.
