Polypropylene carbonate alloy

The present invention relates to one kind of polypropylene carbonate alloy and its preparation process. The high performance polypropylene carbonate alloy consists of polypropylene carbonate 100 weight portions, silicone rubber 1-15 weight portions, end capping agent 0.2-1 weight portion and vinyl polyfunctional monomer 1-10 weight portions. The preparation process includes smelting and mixing thematerials and pelletizing in a double-screw extruder, drying to water content below 0.15 wt%, irradiating with Co-60 source or electronic accelerator, and injection molding to obtain the product. Thepolypropylene carbonate alloy through cross-linking has high elongation at break and may be processed repeatedly.
