Торакоскопическая герметизация легкого при различных патоморфологических вариантах буллезной эмфиземы легких

We carried out a clinical analysis of treatment of 424 patients with nonspecific spontaneous pneumothorax and a histological analysis of material from resected sites of the lung. We analyzed different variants of pneumothorax correction depending on types of changes that were revealed with videothoracoscopy. In this article we present the results of morphological examination of the resected bullae-changed sites of the lungs from 97 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax. We made a conclusion that pathological changes in bronchioles and arteries are of crucial importance in formation of bullous lung emphysema.
