The present invention relates to aminopyrimidine Ge (II) for a phase change memory material precursors thereof, the precursors thereof, in the preparation of aminopyrimidine derivative as a ligand and by the following methods: (1) an amino pyridine and adhesion which derivative is dissolved in a reaction solvent, is added at -78 ~ 0 ℃ stirring solution of lithium alkyl group, an amino group or derivative thereof with an alkyllithium molar ratio 1.0:1.0 to 1.2, brought to room temperature and stirring was continued until the resulting solid was filtered a lithium salt; mixing a lithium salt (1) obtained in (2) the step of toluene, under a condition -78 ~ 0 ℃ lithium salt to metal molar ratio of 2.0 to 1.0 to 1.2 Ge was added dropwise a toluene solution of germanium dichloride , the temperature was raised to room temperature; (3) step (2) the resulting mixture was filtered and concentrated, residue extracted with dichloromethane, the filtrate was collected, -50 ~ 0 ℃ low temperature crystallization, to give the aminopyrimidine Ge (II) precursors body. Synthesis method is simple, high thermostability precursors prepared good volatility, good film-forming properties, the phase change memory material is prepared potentially important precursors thereof.
