Research on Characteristics of Special Muscle Force of Excellent Speed Skater WANG Bei-xing

Objective:To study the characteristics of special muscle force for the theoretical reference to select and design special strength training means.Methods:To measure the EMG parameter of Wang Bei-xing supporting leg in skating with the methods of synchronizing the video and sEMG,research her characteristics of special muscle force form the sight of straight and curve,left leg and right leg and flexion and extension.Result:1)Anterior tibial and quadriceps femoris is the major working muscle groups,the activation level of tibialis anterior muscle is greater in flexion;while the quadriceps femoris is in extension;tibialis anterior muscle is constantly in power before landing on ice and inactivate when pushing,quadriceps femoris is activate in advance before landing and inactivated when off ice;2)LG,SEM and BF is not the stable major muscle groups,but BF may be the important muscle groups in flexion,and LG may be the important muscle groups in extension;3)No mater straight or curve,the characteristics of muscle force have some differences between left and right leg,the main trend is right RF has more activition;no mater left or right leg,he characteristics of muscle force have some differences between straight and curve,the main trend is curve that has more activation in hamstrings.
