Millimeter Wave Compact Power Divider Based on Micro-coaxial Lines

This paper presents a compact four-way power divider based on micro-coaxial lines. For ease of testing, two of the same power dividers are placed back-to-back, and CPW to micro-coaxial Line transitions are added to input/output ports. The whole structure is directly measured on wafer using a probe system. In W band, the measured return loss is greater than 15 dB and the insertion loss is smaller than 1.3 dB.
