Deformation efficiency aluminum and aluminum alloy covering agent, its production method and applications. Aluminum is more reactive metal, readily forming an oxide slag and absorbing gas at atmospheric melting it, and if these gases with the oxide melt into the ingot, will form slag, oxide film, porosity, loose, or other defects, reduce the physical properties of the product, corrosion resistance, deteriorates processing performance of the alloy. Deformation efficiency aluminum and aluminum alloy coating agent, said coating agent consisting essentially of: sodium 25-45, 30-50 potassium chloride, calcium fluoride, 3-7, 1-6 and aluminum trichloride Na 3 ALF 6 1-6, parts by weight ratio of the above ratio. This product is suitable magnesium content of less than 2%, at a temperature of 700-800 deg.] C using reducing coating agent in contact with the air when using melting and casting of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
