The Model of Implementing the Problem Solving Process in the Field of Quality in Russian Organizations

This paper is devoted to creation of the model of implementing the problem solving process in the field of quality in Russian organizations, taking into account the features and values of their organizational culture. To create a model, a survey of employees of Russian organizations was conducted using a specially developed questionnaire. Processing of the obtained data was carried out using the structural equation modeling method. The resulting model reflects the relationship of the presence of “positive” and “negative” values with the introduction of innovations in the processes of the organization.
