The clinical analysis of dynamic change of bloodpressure, SPO2, pulse rate for operative patient in Ophthalmology department outpatient service

2008
Objective To make operation of patients in clinic successfully and ensure it safely. Methods We adopted multiparameter invigilator to detect the development of blood pressure, pulse rate, arterial oxygen saturation in pre - operation, middle - operation and post - operation ( SpO2 ) . Results SpO2 did not changed obviously in pre, middle and post - operation ( P > 0. 05 ) ; blood pressure, pulse rate had statistical signifieanse (P < 0. 05) . Conclusion We should pay attention to the changes of blood pressure and pulse rate in operation and do our best to get patient though operation smoothly. Key words: Blood pressure;  Pulse rate;  Arterial oxygen saturation
