Design and Realization of Intelligent Device for Remote Mechanical Failure Detection and Early Warning

This project takes STM32 as the core, and consists of cm-01b contact sensor module, LCD12864 display module, NB-IOT module and other devices. The mechanical vibration frequency is detected by periodic cycle detection method. During the measurement, the input signal will be sent to the MCU, and the processed result will be sent to LCD12864 to display the frequency value. When the frequency is abnormal and beyond the safe range, the alarm will be sent to the staff by SMS.
