Photonic jet submicron laser processing for optoelectronic prototyping

Photonic jet allows light to be focused beyond the diffraction limite using dieletrc microspheres or optical fiber shaped tips. We demonstrate the possibility to perform sub-micrometer laser etching on semiconductor with this technique
