Solid phase synthesis of peptide vinyl sulfone and peptide epoxyketone proteasome inhibitors

Abstract The solid phase synthesis of the known proteasome inhibitor ZL 3 VS, using Kenner's safety catch protocol, is described. This methodology has been extended to the synthesis of various novel peptide vinyl sulfone and peptide epoxyketone derivatives.
