Preopreative examination, surgical treatment methods and postoperative recovery were analyzed. Results All the patients received the surgical treatment. 2 cases were diagnozed by echocard iography, angiocardiography and 64 layer of CT,and 3 cases were diagnosed by surgery. After 7 to 10 days were discharged, the follow-up was 1 to 10 years, all the patients underwent color ultrasound examination, aortic left ventricular tunnel closed good with a normal cardiac function, chest X-ray showed significantly reduced heart All patients survived, only one case suffered more severe aortic insufficiency. Conclusion ALVT is hard to be diagnosed because of its various clinical manifestation.Echocardiography, angiocardiography and 64 layer of CT can make diagnosis clearly. Operation in time is essential once indication is clear.
