Тактические ошибки амбулаторного лечения миофасциальной и невропатической боли у пациентов с пояснично-крестцовой радикулопатией

The article gives a brief historical analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbosacral radiculopathy, clinical, neuroorthopedic, CT and MRI examinations 180 patients with acute and chronic radicular and nonradicular lyumboishialgical syndromes. It was conducted clinical and neuroimaging comparison myofascial and neuropathic pain after standard therapy, non-narcotic analgesics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants without the use of epidural block, antidepressants, anticonvulsants and manual traction therapy.
