turbine casing has hooks refractory obtained by MDP PROCESS

2004
turbine stator housing comprising a casing and fastening hooks (3a, 3b) of turbine nozzle, projecting on the inner face of this envelope, said envelope being made of a first alloy by hot isostatic compression, from metallic powder (5), said fastening hooks (3a, 3b) being made of a second alloy, more refractory than the first, and fixed to said housing by diffusion bonding during the hot isostatic pressing. The housing comprises further inserts (20) which pass through the fastening hooks (3a, 3b) and said envelope. These inserts (20) also secured to the shell by diffusion welding, allow during the manufacture of the housing to fix the hook to a portion (E1) of the mold within which is formed the enveloppe.Application turbines of aircraft jet engines.
