ROAD SAFETY CONCERNING SCHOOL CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
1996
This research has two aims: to find out the determinants of (un)safe road behavior and its development in children, and to include children in research on road safety. The latter aim has arisen from the idea that the involvement of children in this topic may produce beneficial results regarding their attitudes toward road safety and relevant forms of behavior. Infants and school children are among the most exposed to road accidents. The situation in Slovenia is even worse than in the majority of European countries.
