Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Overweight and Obesity Cases in IVF-ET Cycles

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on overweight and obesity cases in IVF-ET cycles.Methods Assistant reproductive patients with body mass index(BMI) ≥23 were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention including health education,psychological care,exercises and dietary guidance.Results The indexes in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group such as the implantation rate and pregnancy rate.Other indexes such as BMI,number of embryo transfer and OHSS were not significant between the two groups.Conclusion It showed that implantation rate and pregnancy rate were improved greatly on overweight and obesity cases with comprehensive nursing intervention in IVF-ET cycles.
