Tourisme de qualité, diversification touristique et trajectoires territoriales du sud Ardèche. Mise en place d'inidcateur IQUATEXT appliqués au grand projet grotte Chauvet-Pont-d'Arc

La these a pour objet d'analyser les modifications territoriales actuelles et a venir du sud Ardeche liees a la realisation de l'espace de restitution de la grotte Chauvet et au projet de labelisation UNESCO de cette cavite. Il s'agit de travailler sur les changements en cours de l'identite et de l'organisation du sud Ardeche et d'analyser l'ensemble des effets induits (changements d'image, d'offres et de populations touristiques ; incidences spatiales, socio-economiques....). Cette analyse se devra d'integrer les autres actions structurantes en cours et projetes (Orgnac..). Il y a la une opportunite rare sur le plan scientifique de travailler sur une recomposition territoriale autour d'un objet patrimonial exceptionel (grotte Chauvet) et d'un projet de developpement territorial (grand projet regional chauvet) et surtout de la suivre in itinere. En retour, la connaissance acquise du territoire (avec ses atouts et ses vulnerabilites actuelles) permettra d'anticiper, d'encadrer et de mesurer les effets dus a l'obtention du label unesco. Il s'agira alors d'indentifier les differentes trajectoires territoriales potentielles entrainees par la realisation de l'ERGC et de l'obtention du label unesco. Ce double objectif necessite, a la fois, d'analyser les jeux d'acteurs, les contraintes et les freins existants et de crener les articulations entre les differentes echelles territoriales impliquees : locales, regionales, nationale et mondiale dans le cadre de l'unesco. La prise en compte des echelles supra-territoriales est importante pour la reussite de ces projets et de leurs incidences territoriales. The aim of this work is to analyse the present and future territorial modification of south Ardeche. These changes are linked to the creation of a the recovery space of Chauvet cave and to the labeling project of this cave. It is question of working about the current changes of the identity and organisation of south Ardeche and analyzing whole side-effect. This analyse must integrate other actual or coming structuring policies (Orgnac ...). This is a rare scientific occasion to work on a territorial reconstruction about an exceptional cultural heritage (Chauvet cave) and about a territorial development project (Great regional Chauvet project), following it in itinere. In return, the knowledge gained from the territory (its actual assets and vulnerabilities) allowed to anticipate, frame and measure effects due to the UNESCO label obtaining. Different potentialy territoriale linking trajectory, coming from the ERGC realization and the UNESCO label obtaining, will have to be identified. These both goals need to analyse actors roles, duress and existing breaks and to identify the linked between the different involved scales : locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, within the UNESCO scope. Supra-territorials scales have to be taken into account for the success of these projects and their territorial influences
