Method of formation segregation in well using profile packer and device for internal radial expansion of sections of profile part of packer pipes for fabrication of centralisers

FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method of segregation of formations in a well by a profile packer includes profiling of its constituent pipes, fabrication of centralisers on profile sections of pipes, sealant application, joining of pipes, packer tripping into the necessary interval, expansion and pressing to well walls. The profiling occurs with formation of longitudinal corrugations and cylindrical ends, the sealant is applied along the profile section perimeter continuously or with gaps along the length. The centralisers are fabricated by internal radial expansion of sections of the profile part with 1-2 m intervals or in sealant ruptures to get the diameter of circumscribed circle of the centraliser exceeding the diameter of the circumscribed circle of profile sections with sealant, but less than internal diameter of the well. The device for internal radial expansion of sections of the profile part of packer pipes for fabrication of centralisers comprises the rod, the housing with channels for supply of working liquid, hydraulic cylinders with pistons and profile punches designed with a possibility of radial movement with reference to the housing. The housing is designed as a hollow barrel with coaxial cylinders on the ends plugged from both ends. The rod is inserted in the housing with a possibility of longitudinal tight movement. Two pistons are inserted into cylinders with a possibility of longitudinal movement. Chambers between pistons and plugs are designed with a possibility of alternate supply of working liquid. One of pistons is fitted with the cone which is narrowed towards punches, connected to the rod with a possibility of axial tight movement during supply of working liquid into the respective chamber with separation by wedges of the cone of punches into a working position. The second piston is rigidly and tightly connected to the rod and designed with a possibility of interaction with end face of the cone of the first piston and joint longitudinal movement at supply of working liquid into the respective chamber with return of wedges with the first piston and punches into transport position.. EFFECT: invention provides high reliability and tightness of segregation of formations. 3 cl, 6 dwg
