Turbine Governor Controlled by Programmable Computer Controller

In order to improve the capability of turbine governor and synchro generator excitation equipment,a scheme is proposed that the programmable computer controller(PCC) be applied to the development of excitation adjuster.PCC has not only high reliability as PLC does,but also high speed and a multi-function operating system as PC.The operation data show that the performance of the turbine governor and synchro generator excitation equipment with PCC meets the requirement of the national standard and ministerial standard or even better.
