Method for producing wear-resistant flame-retardant panel from fast growing wood

2009
The invention relates to a method for making an anti-abrasion and fire-retardant panel by quick growing wood. The method comprises the following processes: rotatably cutting a single board, preparing fire-retardant soaking glue, soaking the single board into the fire-retardant soaking glue, laying and densifying the panel and so on. The fire-retardant soaking glue is preparing by mixing urea-modified melamine glue, an intensifier and a flame retardant; the single board is obtained by rotatably cutting the quick growing wood; a vacuum pressurizing and impregnating process is adopted to make the soaking glue infilter wood tissues, so as to improve the performances of fire retardance, smoke abatement and agglutination; then three pieces of single boards are stacked and laid through crisscrossing textures of the single boards; and the thickness of the panel is 4+/- 0.5 mm, and the density reaches 1.0 to 1.2g/cm3 after the single boards are hotly pressed and densified. The panel has the advantages of fire retardance, smoke abatement, stable abrasion resistance, strong mildew resistance and strong weather resistance.
