A Performance Appraisal Management System Based on Link Relative Method

In order to improve the working efficiency of every department and employee in Fuzhou Mobile Company of China, a performance appraisal approach based on unified modeling language is proposed. The performance appraisal indictors is defined by link relative method, the dimension of indictor will be eliminated by mathematical transformation. The relative management system is developed, the required data is collected and computed by the system . The evaluation result provided decision support for the supervisor of company .
