Preparation method of mixed reinforced three-dimensional quasi-continuous net-shaped aluminum-based composite

2012
The invention discloses a preparation method of a mixed reinforced three-dimensional quasi-continuous net-shaped aluminum-based composite, and relates to a preparation method of an aluminum-based composite. The invention aims at solving the problems of low plasticity and poor toughness of the conventional discontinuous reinforced aluminum-based composite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out low-energy ball milling and blending by using zirconium oxide powder and aluminum alloy powder as raw materials to obtain mixed powder; 2, placing the mixed powder into a graphite mould to carry out cold press forming by adopting a cold press forming technology; and 3, sintering at a certain vacuum degree and temperature and mechanical pressurization, cooling to room temperature, and withdrawing the mould to obtain the mixed reinforced three-dimensional quasi-continuous net-shaped aluminum-based composite. The preparation method has the advantages that the tensile intensity is 180-240 MPa, the elongation is 1-2%, in comparison with the conventional discontinuous reinforced aluminum-based composite, the tensile intensity is improved for 50-100%, and elongation is improved for 100-300%. The preparation method, provided by the invention, is used for preparing the mixed reinforced three-dimensional quasi-continuous net-shaped aluminum-based composite.
