Electron microscopic investigation of the properties of a dielectric on the surface of a high-temperature superconductor
1990
An investigation is made of the magnetic parameters of intermetallic compounds GdZn x Cu 1-x in the range of the phase transition from ferromagnetic state in GdZn (T c ∼270 K) to antiferromagnetic state in GdCu (T N ∼144 K). Measurements are taken of the thermomagnetic effects for magnetization. The concentration dependences of the width of the magnetization hysteresis loop and its displacement when the specimen is cooled in a field are determined. The phase diagram of the magnetic state of solid solutions GdZn x Cu 1-x is discussed
