The thermal energy comprehensive recycling method adopts different recycling processes according to the waste hot water in the viscose staple fibre production based on different thermal energy content and use (as plasticizing tank condensate water, refine sewerage, refine overflow hot water, drying condensate water and pre-cooling water ), the heat exchange treatment by heating medium for viscose staple fibre production can be realized, the remaining heat of the waste hot water can be used sufficiently, the energy-saving and consumption-reducing work for enterprise can be promoted based on the existing technology waste water process under the premise without flow loss, and the thermal energy comprehensive recycling method has good social benefit and economic benefit.
