The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly brightening corrosion inhibitor for a blackened coating having the effect of a mirror surface. The environmentally-friendly brightening corrosion inhibitor is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 15-25 parts of cupric sulphate, 30-50 parts of metastannic acid, 5-10 parts of stannous fluoborate, 2-5 parts of stannous acetate, 5-15 parts of sodium thiosulfate, 15-25 parts of tin disulfide, 15-25 parts of sodium stannate, 5-15 parts of nickel sulfate, 5-15 parts of potassium citrate, and 300-400 parts of water. According to the environmentally-friendly brightening corrosion inhibitor disclosed by the invention, after blackening treatment is completed, soaking with a dewatering rust preventive oil is not needed, and the mirror surface cannot be rusted after being stored in natural environment for six months.
