Cover opening closing mechanism for portable telephone set

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mechanism in which wear is reduced and an operating torque is kept high by mounting a module composed of a hinge housing, a hinge shaft, a cam hinge and a hinge cover to a body. SOLUTION: A hinge shaft 41 is inserted into a hinge hole of a housing 30, a cam hinge is inserted into the housing 30, and a hinge shaft 41 is assembled to the housing 30. Then a spring is fixed to a projection, a cover 70 is fixed to other end of a spring 60, a projection 72 of the cover 70 is fixed to a groove 33 of the housing 30, respectively to assemble modules M1, M2. The modules M1, M2 are contained in a container space of the body while being tilted and fitted to the body 80 by inserting a projection 73 into an insert hole 81b and the shaft 41 into the insert hole 81a respectively. In this case, the modules M1, M2 are assembled so the groove 31 of the module M1 is directed upward and the groove 31 of the module M2 is directed aside.
