A Case Study on the Daylight Damage of Residence by the Public Structure

Daylight is essential for the ideal life and residence of human. So, we can think that the right to enjoy sunshine is one of the basic inalienable rights. Actually, there are many damages about sunshine by public facilities. But, it´s not embossed because the peculiarity of public facilities. At such a time, we studied on damaging region of the right to enjoy sunshine about neglect of past discussion by public facilities. And it analyzed also the actual condition and extended of damage.
