On the pollutants sources parameters identification problem under the conditions of the pollutants dissipation zone incomplete information portrait

2016
The report presents the results concerning to the decision of the inverse ecological problem as the element of the small city atmosphere monitoring system functions. The purpose of the inverse problem statement is to estimate a priori unknown pollutants masses and gas discharge flows from the industrial pollution sources with the intersecting dissipation zones. The estimations should be received on the base of direct pollutants concentrations measurements treated by the facilities of the mobile ecological laboratory, which is carrying out an intelligent adaptive checkup of the dissipation zone. The particular problem of the paper concerns laboratory measurement point allocations under conditions when the number of the measurement points is less than required for the one-valued inverse problem decision and, hence, the computed information portrait of the dissipation zone is incomplete. The proposed adaptive algorithm consists of two levels. The inner level deals with decision of undetermined system of equations based on the Levenberg-Marquardt technique provided the measurement allocations coordinates are prescribed by the algorithm's external level. The latter fulfils the adaptive overrun of the possible allocations by means of the genetic procedure. The examples based on the real dissipation data show the algorithm's applicability.
