A sentience fusion correction and training system based on both eyes comprises a fusion sentience function inspector, a computer-control image controller, an image splitter, three-dimensional (3D) display equipment, a signal transmitter, 3D glasses, a signal receiver and a 3D figure picture database, two data buffer areas are arranged in a display card of the fusion sentience function inspector and respectively hold one of both similar pictures, and image data in the data buffers can change initial position. The fusion sentience function inspector automatically chooses multiple training pictures which conform to the fusion sentience function of a trainee. The computer-control image controller randomly chooses the training pictures. The image splitter simultaneously sends 3D figure pictures to the 3D display equipment and the signal transmitter. The working frequency of the signal transmitter is the same with that of the signal receiver or integral multiple of that of the signal receiver.
