Роль некоторых бронхоскопических симптомов в оценке мукоцилиарной недостаточности у больных бронхиальной астмой

The analysis of bronchoscopy picture in 69 patients with bronchial asthma with various degree of mucociliary clearance velocity decrease was carried out. It has been established that severity of mucociliary insufficiency is closely connected with the intensity of bronchoscopic manifestations of inflammatory process and airway hyper responsiveness. The study of the above-mentioned parameters and bronchial mucociliary clearance correlation helped us to offer a diagnostic method of mucociliary insufficiency.
