New method for separate cold water extraction of flavonoids and tannins from medicinal plant raw materials

A new method for the separate cold water extraction of flavonoids and tannins from medicinal plant raw materials under applied electric voltage using the original extraction system was developed. The results of the study can be useful for the quantitative analysis of flavonoids and tannins and for the preparation of standard samples.
