Influence of different fertilizers on colonization of Antagonistic bacteria Paecilomyces lilacinus E7

In order to understand the influence of different fertilizers on Paecilomyces lilacinus E7 colonization in rhizosphere,the paper studied the effect of different concentration two chemical fertilizers(F1,F2) and two organic fertilizers(F3,F4) on P.lilacinus E7 colonization in banana rhizosphere by pot experimentation.The results showed that optimum F1 concentration order for P.lilacinus E7 colonization in banana rhizosphere was 1.6 g/kg,followed by 3.2 g/kg,6.4 g/kg,0.8 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg.In the tested concentration gradient,the optimum F2 concentration order for P.lilacinus E7 colonization was 0.8 g/kg,followed by 1.6 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg;the optimum F3 concentration order for P.lilacinus E7 colonization was 6.4 g/kg,followed by 3.2 g/kg,1.6 g/kg,0.8 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg.The optimum F4 concentration order for P.lilacinus E7 colonization was 6.4 g/kg,followed by 3.2 g/kg,1.6 g/kg,0.8 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg.In conclusion,application of certain concentration of fertilizers could effectively improve rhizosphere colonization ability of P.lilacinus E7.
