Method and apparatus for producing a conductive structure on a substrate

The invention relates to a method and to a device for producing a conductive structure (8) on a substrate (10) by means of a transfer/transmission method. According to the inventive method, first a metal layer is chemically or electrochemically deposited on a structured metal layer (6) in a selective manner so as to produce a conductive structure, said structured metal layer being provided on a reusable support (2). The conductive structure (8) produced is transferred to the substrate (10) and the reusable support (2) is separated from the substrate (10).
