Sunray Appearance on Sonography in Ewing Sarcoma of the Clavicle

We report the case of a 12-year-old male patient who presented with a large swelling on the left side of the shoulder. In this case, we found a sunray appearance on sonography in the mass arising from the clavicle, which later proved to be Ewing sarcoma of the clavicle.
