The invention provides a turning technology of a tapered roller bearing inner race, and relates to the technical field of bearing process. The technology is characterized in that the processing technology adopts automatic continuous production line of numerical control equipment. The technology comprises the following steps of: turning a large end surface, turning the external surface of an inner race large end, turning an inner diameter step slot of the large end surface, turning an inner fillet and an external fillet of the large end; and turning an inner diameter round corner and an external diameter round corner of a small end, turning a small end surface, turning the external surface of the small end, turning an inner hole, turning an inner raceway, turning a large oil trench, turning a small oil trench, turning a large lip, turning a small lip, turning a large lip round corner and turning a small lip round corner. By the technology, the technical problems of geometric accuracy and large size discreteness in the dispersion process of the bearing are solved; the turning procedures are reduced; jaws are processed into step shape; the external diameters of different workpieces can be clamped; the times of replacing clamps can be reduced; multiple purposes of turning in multiple scales can be realized by one cutter; the turning modeling quality is improved; the processing precision of products can be improved; the production efficiency is improved; the production cost is effectively reduced; and the equipment occupancy rate is reduced.
