The invention discloses a thermal disinfection system in water producing equipment for hematodialysis; the thermal disinfection system comprises a balancing water tank, a circulating lamp, a first heating rod, a second heating rod, a temperature transmitter, an electric control system and a water supply pipeline, wherein the balancing water tank is used for balancing water and gas in a pipeline; the circulating pump is used for pressurizing the pipeline; the first heating rod and the second heating rod are used for thermally disinfecting and heating; the temperature transmitter is used for transmitting temperature signals; the electric signal is used for automatically controlling thermal disinfection; the water supply pipeline is connected to various water consuming points for hematodialysis; and various components are connected through stainless steel pipes, besides a water consuming pipeline for hematodialysis. By adopting over-current type heating, the thermal disinfection system disclosed by the invention is high-efficiency, energy-saving, good in heating effect and uniform to heat; furthermore, return water directly flows back into the thermal disinfection system; therefore, waste heat of return water is utilized most effectively; the heating time is shortened; the energy and the water consumption are saved; and the independent thermal disinfection system has the advantages of being flexible to apply, convenient to install and maintain, simple in structure, low in cost and the like.
