Causes Analysis and Countermeasures About the Leakage of Material at Welding Joints of the Pipeline in theAmmonium Sulphate Plant

Taking welding joint leakage in the stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9Ti pipeline under acid condition as an example,from the two aspects of material and welding,main causes of leakage were analyzed,and welding defects and causes were introduced in detail,the corresponding countermeasures according to the actual production were put forward.
