Provided is a polyolefin-type resin composition having excellent mechanical strength and an excellent stretching property. A polyolefin-type resin composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a polyolefin-type resin, 0.05 to 10 parts by mass of an aliphatic polycarbonate resin and 0.01 to 2 parts by mass of an acid-modified polypropylene.
