An all gas-tight environment tpu coated fabrics and preparation method

The invention relates to a fully environment-friendly airtight TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coated fabric and a preparation method thereof. A fabric layer and a TPU film layer are firmly connected by a fully environment-friendly bonding layer, and the fully environment-friendly airtight TPU coated fabric can be used for manufacturing various high-quality air-filled bag bodies. The fabric layer is made of polyester fiber and has the weight of 30-700g/m2. The fully environment-friendly bonding layer is a polyurethane bonding layer capable of being crossed and cured, has a solid initial form, can be melted into a film after being heated and can be crossed and cured, and the fabric layer and the TPU film layer are firmly connected by the bonding layer. An adhesive fusant and a TPU fusant are respectively conveyed to a co-extruded mould head by two single-screw extruders to form a composite fusant film of the adhesive and the TPU, an adhesive surface layer of the composite fusant film is pressed onto a fabric by a laminating composite roller, and is cooled and stabilized, and then the adhesive is cured through a curing process to form the fully environment-friendly airtight TPU coated fabric. The whole process has no environmental pollution, and is fully environment-friendly.
