Provided is a telescopic splicing guide frame for a large-diameter steel protecting cylinder. A horizontal main guide frame is spliced into a rectangular body through a top longitudinal positioning beam and a bottom longitudinal positioning beam. The horizontal main guide frame, a horizontal main guide frame base beam, the top longitudinal positioning beam and the bottom longitudinal positioning beam are provided with adjustable slideways, and the adjustable slideways are further provided with positioning bolts. The guide frame is formed by splicing the horizontal main guide frame, the top longitudinal positioning beam and the bottom longitudinal positioning beam, and the dimension of the guide frame is adjusted by stretching and retracting the adjustable slideways on the horizontal main guide frame and the longitudinal positioning beams so as to meet installation of different-diameter steel protecting cylinder in underwater pile foundation construction and to meet the installation of the large-diameter steel protecting cylinders in particular. The telescopic splicing guide frame is simple in structure and convenient to install, has accuracy in positioning and can be reused, reduce production cost, improve an underwater pile foundation construction process and improve economic benefit and construction progress.
