The invention provides modified epoxy emulsion mortar special for ultra-strength waterproofing and strengthening negative sides. The modified epoxy emulsion mortar comprises, by weight, 25%-40% of small-molecule polyamide resin, 1%-3% of ethoxylated lauryl alcohol sulfates, 38%-55% of deionized water, 2.5%-5% of alkylphenol ethoxylates, 44%-50% of epoxy resinE44, 3.0%-5% of a compound emulsifier, 3.0%-5% of an environmentally-friendly solvent, 0.1%-1% of a high-solid organic silicon contained defoamer, 0.1%-1% of 1,2-benzo thiazole moiety3-ketone and 15%-20% of a skeletal material. The mortar has the advantages of being good in mixability, convenient in operation and tightly adhesive to materials of concrete, cement mortar, stone materials and ceramic tiles, metals, timber and the like, high in mechanical strength, waterproof, resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion, high in durability and the like; the mortar is good in anti-penetrability performance, high in active and passive adhesion stress and specially suitable for negative side waterproofing; the mortar is non-toxic, harmless and environment friendly and suitable for inside and outside waterproofness of cultivation pools and consumption pools.
