Three-body calculation of /sup 6/Li and d--. cap alpha. elastic scattering. [Angular distributions, vector and tensor polarizations, Faddeev--Lovelace equations]

The Faddeev--Lovelace equations have been solved for the A = 6 system with the use of new N--..cap alpha.. separable interactions. The /sup 6/Li spectrum is given and the (d--..cap alpha..) elastic scattering observables (angular distributions, vector and tensor polarizations) are calculated and compared with recent experimental data. A noticeable improvement on Shanley's results is obtained.
